Solar winds
The first occupier at City Gate (in November 2007) was Solarwinds, a Texan based IT company, who have grown from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet


Aruba
Aruba Networks moved into City Gate Park in December 2011 and are now in the process of quadrupling in size, taking ground floor space


Medical Campus

City Gate has also established itself as a medical campus with VHI, HIQA and the first new private hospital to open in Cork in 30 years, all located at City Gate.

Cork Mater Private

The new Mater Private Cork will open at City Gate in January 2012. The hospital has 75 beds, four operating theatres, and high-end diagnostics including MRI, CT and a cardiac catheter laboratory. There will be over 70 staff employed at the hospital in addition to consultants.


VHI SwiftCare Clinics The VHI SwiftCare Clinic opened their largest urgent care clinic in Ireland at City Gate in 2008, which involved a multi million euro investment.

The VHI Screening Centre, which is the only one of its kind outside of Dublin, also opened it’s doors at City Gate in 2009. It provides free screenings for diabetes and cardiovascular risk.

City Gate Specialist Dental Clinic opened in 2011 at the medical campus.


The Health Information Quality Authority occupied it’s 20,000 square foot National headquarters at City Gate in early 2009.
